The office for EU projects and professional qualifications maintains and develops cross-border contacts with institutions of vocational training in other European countries. The current focus is on binational cooperation with school institutions in the BENELUX and France. In addition to establishing and promoting school cooperation, regular contact seminars are offered for principals and administrative staff. Another focus is on the intercultural and linguistic competence development of teaching staff. These initiatives are supported by various funding options such as Erasmus+, Pro Tandem, the DFJW and the EUREGIO. The activities are coordinated on behalf of the Ministry of School and Education.
